I was never really a horror game fan. I only played like both Outlasts and last two Resident Evil games. Before this one, I had never experienced any Silent Hill game.
…Now I want to play them all.

What I find extraordinarily beautiful about this game is that it doesn’t rely solely on scaring you. That's what I missed in the previous franchises - an emotion, any other one than fear. The main goal of Silent Hill is to tell a thrilling, atmospheric - and most importantly, truly haunting story that will claw its way deep under your skin and won’t let go easily and will make you keep thinking about it even in your sleep - in your restless dreams, you will see that town.

An average horror game always becomes less scary once you get your hands on a shotgun. This one still knows how to catch you off guard. And hell, I loved it. A beautiful, poetic, surrealistic cinematic audiovisual puzzle made of pieces of a broken mind - one you just can’t look away from. I love whatever is wrong with Silent Hill.

Beautiful soundtrack, beautiful visuals, beautiful cutscenes and dialogues, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

EDIT: The NG+ mode is absolute peak. The chainsaw makes the chasing for secret endings much more fun. I'm absolutely in love.
