For those of you that say that the game is ♥♥♥♥ because you cant mod it. READ THE NEWS!!!!!! MODDING IS BACK FOR SINGLEPLAYER AND OPENIV WILL RETURN SO GET UR PANTIES OUT OF A TWIST AND GET BACK TO MODDING THE ♥♥♥♥ OUT OF GTA SINGLEPLAYER GUYS
