Thank You everyone for your help I got my account back.
I got into contact with Steam Support and changed my password and Gmail so IO should be good
But apparently I am not the only one who was compromised so please be on the lookout for those stupid Spam messages.
I am so thankful I was able to get my account back because I have had this account for about 10 years now.
