How does it work?

You can only complete contracts in casual and since you cant change teams and playing in Squad will get you and your friend in the same team farming contracts may be hard. The best way to get in the same server with your friends but stay in diffrent teams is too queue for a single map form a unpopular game mode (like hydro). When a game mode is rarely played there's a bigger chance of getting in the same server without being in a Squad with your friend. After you find a game you just need to make sure to get into diffrent teams which might not work out so you'll have to try again but with a few people its almost granted some of you will be put into diffrent teams.

I am unsure about this. But I am putting together a Discord server for people who need help with contracts. This will allow for ease of communication for everyone instead of posting on this little group. If anyone is interested or has any friends who are, just add me and I will send an invite link somehow. I want to make a safe place for people who need assistance with TF2. We’ll also branch out to other things too like MvM or just a general hangout spot. Hit me up if you’re interested. I don’t know if this is anyone still active on here. But I need help grinding my contracts on TF2. I am not very skilled in my opinion, having been off the game for three years (I picked it back up again recently). I am quite shy, so this post is certainly in desperation for assistance. If anyone would be willing to help, just add me. I don’t have any friends to help, so I would really appreciate it.
