SpaceSimCentral your space gaming resource

SpaceSimCentral is a great place to learn about all the latest space/scifi based games and the classics that are out on PC, Console or Mobile devices. Besides SSC being a more hardcore space gaming website there is a lot of indie developers that call SSC home and tend to discuss their games with the community and interact not just on their games. SSC is more of a site where the developers of these great games and the gamers themselves can interact and give feedback to hopefully have a end result in a great game people will be glad to pay for.

People may think that this genre of games are dead but I would have to disagree. If anything it is gaining momentum and we will soon see some very top notch games coming soon and with the gfx engines getting better all the time the options are limitless.

So visit the site and join the SSC Steam group so you can interact with your fellow pilots and fight the good fight.

Sorry for my lack of updates over the months and years, SSC keeps me a little busy and I don't have as much time as I would like to also feed info here too.

I have updated the game listing and added any requests in the comments. I am game to add a curator if someone is also willing to be more active than me ;)

As always come over to SSC where that is a lot more up to date than this group. I will do my best to stop in more often and sorry I let the group become a ghost town.

If you are into space sims and haven't tried Star Citizen, now is your chance. Although still in its alpha state there is plenty to see and do and the game is much more stable than early versions. You can fly free until June 1. Check it out. If you are looking for a light milsim Star Citizen organization to join, consider Carrier Strike Group 3. Hope to see you in game!

LOL, Space Sim Central still lives! Just like a family, eh honeybone82...we get together at least once every 2-3 years or so. ;) While I'm here, I'll put a plug in for Star Citizen. Version 3.8.2 has just gone live and...yeah, it ain't finished....but it is awesome even in Alpha. Give it a try folks.

it's good that some things never change, i honestly take comfort that the Old Space Sim Central is still kicking. Lives change, people change, children grow up, I personally started making space game! I love you guys, and i will always love SpaceSimCentral.
