The sudden appearance of a 120 ton, fully armored APC rolling down the roads, that can unload hundreds of pulse rounds and fire M2 missiles that cause to earth to shake when they detonate; citizens will fear you. And with fear comes compliance, and compliance ensures a 100 percentage sociostability level.
