Modern Warfare 2 League

A small league that RockeR and Cauz decided to start up for a Mw2 League.
We are aiming to at least get 30 - 50 teams for 2014.
The League will only be for 2014, but if people would like it to continue then we can!
A website will be up soon.
There is a pickup channel, not done yet, but in a week or so it will be up and running with a bot etc... you can chill in the irc channel if u want :P || #mw2pickup

_GAME RULES_

The host must configure the server as follows.
1-No Perks
2-No Kill-streaks
4-Friendly fire is on
5-First team to win 12 rounds wins the map
6-Teams switch sides every 4 rounds
7-Best out of 3 maps

The team must abide by:
8-Only 1 sniper per team

_CLASS RULES_
(All terms, words and weapons as defined by MW2)

9 - You may use in any combination an unmodified MW2 game will allow:

Primary Weapons -Any Assault rifle, Any SMG, Intervention
Primary Attachments -Silencer, FMJ, {Extended mags for SCAR only}
Secondary Weapons -Any Handgun
Secondary Attachments -FMJ, silencer, tactical Knife
Equipment -Frag grenade
Special Grenade -Flash-bang, Smoke Grenade
Perk 1 -Any (Void, will be disabled by host)
Perk 2 -Any (Void, will be disabled by host)
Perk 3 -Any (Void, will be disabled by host)
Death-streak -Copycat


Other stuff: If you are just playing for fun then most ppl don't mind if you use Throwing knife instead of frags but in competitive games this is not allowed. The P90 is allowed but frowned upon as it is not a balanced weapon, so try to avoid using it.
Clannie rules try to discourage tactics like camping and knife rushing but as policing these things is impossible, there are no rules against them.

Above all clannie rules is an attempt to make the game as balanced and as skill-focused as possible and eliminate all the noob activities in call of duty that allow you to get kills too easily.
