Details:

Do you play games on your computer? Then you most likely have heard of Valve's "Steam" software. There's already a few UMBC based groups on Steam, but they all feel rather dead. No community events, nobody meeting or talking to each other, discussions tend to never start. And this is due mostly in part to there being a single administrator for these groups that rarely play games anymore. To avoid this, I'll make an official steam group for all UMBC students to join and grant administrative privileges to all who are interested in hosting events. The goal is to have a long standing community of PC Gamers from UMBC who play together, play in events together, and maybe even compete against other schools for fun!

The group is now live on steam, so check it out! Message me on steam if you have any questions are want to have admin privileges. Here's hoping this group will be more successful than the past!


*You can like any games you want here. You can be a die hard RTS gamer, or a casual shooter fan. The games listed as associated are just some of the biggest fan favorites over the years, let me know what games you want added!

*Prizes are subject to change, for now it's simply getting labeled as player of the week through steam. I hope we can expand into awarding prizes like DLC or even Games.
