CoD4 Multiplayer won't launch

Cod4 single player launches fine. Cod4 Multiplayer try's to load, thinks about it then just bottles in and goes back to steam :(

Best Call of Duty game. Probably had about 200+ hours for this one on 360 and physical PC version. Everything after this was just the same stuff over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
