Tl;Dr version: servers going down sometime today for a another big permanent migration to a proper server (performance and network wise). Further updates on when it's completed. Likely there will be painful changes like lower amount of servers but expect much better quality of experience

Long version: Very sorry for the lack of support and updates. Truth is, I've mostly given up hope on the existing servers as there's very little I can do to improve the performance and network issues (I also have the stoopid 300 ping issue). Instead of wasting more of my time and effort of this, I've instead been looking for yet a new home. The new server I've found is small but yet still somewhat better.Because of the limited amount of resources, we have to drastically cut down the number of servers from the usual 7-10 servers we have. Custom servers should stay. Part of the reason why some major issues are not solvable is because it's tied to the poor performance (current mods are using a special performance mod for SI spawning). After the migration is stable, we will start looking into resolving the most major issues first. Servers will be going down for an extended period of time until the server is migrated. We will update here when it's completed.As usual, thank you for your support

We're trying to balanced the difficulty more for smaller 4-8 player games to be closer to default difficulty while dramatically increasing SI encounters for bigger games without overloading tank spawns on every corner. We realized this is a positive change for some situation as it makes bigger games much more interesting and challenging but can be overly challenging for smaller games especially for newer players.

• Tank random spawn rate reduced. (5% -> 3%) [Does NOT affect director/campaign spawns]
  
• Min SI spawns increased by 1 but still maintain 2player:1SI ratio(eg. 4players-3SI, 6p-4SI,..., 20p-11SI)
  
• Certain mods will be disabled due to performance issues like notably using primary weapons while incapacitated will be disabled until further notice
  
• Due to inactivity and higher than usual usage of infectedCoop, server #8 VS will be changed to infectedCoop
  
• Due to recent update breaking 8player coop sessions, all coop servers will be reverted to the usual 20player servers (will be session based for the first 4 players as usual)

We're aware of a serious memory leak issue affecting some high activity servers notably #2 which usually runs the whole day. We're highly suspecting it's due to the shop plugin and may without warning disable it for testing. Please understand that we're trying to fix all performance issues to ensure you get the best experience possible no matter how long a server has been running.

Due to inactivity and grief abuse, all CoopVersus servers have been changed back to normal Coop. With the extra amount of Coop servers, #4 has been changed to our first Realism server. It's still very much in testing tho

Balance changes

• Game is no longer a Charger and Hunter fest as we've streamlined the "spawn weights". You should see much more of other SIs
  
• Spawn times for SIs increased by about 50% [max: 35->20, min: 10->5]
  
• We may periodically test with "SI spawn coordination" which spawns all SIs together much like in a VS game
  
• Random tank spawn chance slighly reduced (5%->4%)
  
• Tank health slightly increased (1500 -> 2500 per player over 4)

hey everyone. It's been awhile since we had a proper update. Life has been hectic AF to say the least so didn't have as much time on the servers. Before we start with the raw changes, have a great Christmas and happy holidays to everyone else!

Killing Floor 2 balance changes (endless game mode only)
Max zed spawns:

• HARD +5 (+10%)
  
• SUICIDAL +3 (+8%)

Left 4 Dead 2 balance changes and new/returning features (excluding the super long list of minor fixes)
All game modes

• Christmas tree is back for the holidays! Slightly buffed spawn rate for big weapons for the tank season
  
• new SI spawning system that should spawn more regularly without issues
  
• common infected limited reverted to default and no longer scaled by players resulting in much better overall performance (we felt the extra common infected is more nuisance than anything else. They still spawn fast tho)
  
• should be much easier for players to join with slot priority and more stable SI spawns. You may still need to type !join a few times to really join games
  
• respawn system now limits to 2 times and is disabled for finale events
  
• major discount (about half) for airstrike prices to account for more tank spawns with slightly buffed dmg 15k -> 25k dmg (dmg is reduced the further away a target is)
  
• tank rock is now lag compensated. You now no longer have to lead your shots to hit it

Coop and coopVS only

• all game values calculation now INCLUDES dead players. That means the game no longer makes it easier the lesser alive players there are in the game. This dramatically increases difficulty for many death situations so that's why we're extra strict on AFK and IDLE players on all servers
  
• new multi tank spawning system based on number of players. Subject to change so no hard details yet (2 tanks spawning each trigger with a hard cap of 3-5 depending on players)[does not include director spawns]
  
• random tank spawning modifier dramatically increased from 1% -> 5% (may not sound like a lot but this is calculated for EACH SI spawns)
  
• roaming witch spawns doubled with faster rotation
  
• major nerf on tank hp from 2500 to 1500 for every player above 4 (subject to change)

VS server only

• respawn system disabled

There will be a considerable downtime today on 15 March as we're required to do some operations in order to try to request for a host migration like last time. Our current host has been suffering from really bad performance CPU_STEAL especially during peak hours (including from the usual DDOS attacks that we can't do much of). Some settings will be temporarily changed to make gameplay more playable. Thanks for the support
