In the show, the camera pans upwards vertically during this scene so you don't get to see the full view all at once. So, I made this long time ago by taking a bunch screenshots as the camera pans upwards and then cutting and pasting them together in gimp and then used the smudge and heal tools to blend the edges together and make it a seamless image. I was bored, haha.
