Simply put those in the matching labels when you are adding a new server, you get to name the server whatever you want in the top bar, if you are new to how mumble works:

Mumble is a low latency client which works much in the same way as Ventrillo and Teamspeak but causes far less latency and works for most every game.
Come on in, we may be small now, but going forward we will try to get more players chatting and playing starcraft!
