Hello there! Younger gamer here who's just wondering what made this game blow up at the time? Not trying to diss this title in any way, I'm just wondering why older players found it so enticing at the time versus something like "Killing Floor". I am very interested in game history and from hearing from people who played games at launch what that game meant to them and why they loved or hated it. Again, not dissing this game in any way.
