I've earned a few achievements, and the game says I've unlocked them, but Steam doesn't show it. I tried uninstalling and redownloading the game and beat the game again, but that didn't work either.

I was playing Portal 1,I don´t know what i touched but a pop up appeared and it was called "Debug Panel",it had various options avaible,such as godmode,notarget,etc.Has someone already saw this debug panel?And could you say what do i need to press for it to appear?...
