Maybe I'm just being dyslexic but I do not understand how to get this final unlock. I've tried getting one property under 150 and running it for the 5 days, I can't NOT have a property to gain 0$ each turn. How does one only make 150$ for this unlock?

Idk if it was because of endless mode or what but I was on a run with growth glitch and it stopped permanently adding +1 mult. It would just reset after everything was done and the run was over. The game seemed to be lagging when it was trying to activate my zenlord (if no property is bought add +1 mult to all property) so maybe thats what was causing it? it triggers and doubles the rent, yet i still only get the base starting rent when it collects. am i just missing something or is this a bug?

The tenant multiplier is currently being added to the property's multiplier: If a Property has a x1 multi, and you put a tenant in it with a x3 multi, the property multi becomes x4. If you evict this tenant and choose another tenant with a x4 multi, then the property multi becomes x8. The multi for new tenants keeps going up.
