Okay so I really either don't get it, or it ismply doesn't work. I am unable to resize the model at all, It's big and I want to make them smaller. Though activating Resize and trying to drag at the edges or something does not do anything at all. Any help?...

Guys, I don't know how this happens, but no matter what model I equip, including custom models from the Workshop, the eyes are literally all buggy — they're slanted, the left eye looks down, and the right one seems shifted.
