Uma Musume is surely a surprise. While being a very agressive gacha game, I must admit that the subyacent planification necessary for training optimization is utterly adicting, especially now that Trackblazer has just released. I find myself enjoying Excel calculations to push my Umas to the very limit - which had never occured to me it would be even a posible scenario lol - as well as debating strategies and participating in the different competitions available. On top of that, it displays an extensive and worth-reading lore based on actual horse races, making not sympathising with at least one Uma of the rooster almost impossible.

That being said, if you are wondering whether to join or not, please have into account that the system is mostly luck-based - an awful, yet the most present, aspect -; so do not get frustrated if things do not turn out the way expected: blame the wonderful timing of rainbow trainings and call it a day.
