YDKJ Vol.6 Won't Start on Steam

I've been having some problems with YDKJ Vol.6 on Steam. Every time I try to start up the game, nothing happens. Sure, it worked multiple times before, but right now, it doesn't seem to work at all. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Different languages

I remember playing this 14 years ago... However I am german and played that language version of it. It was a VERY well localised version and I hope there will be other languages available soon for others than english.

No more Cookie?

For some reason every time I start a new session, the host is always Guy Towers. No matter how many times I reset, I just can't get Cookie back. Does anyone know why this might be? Or am I just incredibly unlucky?
