A great soundtrack that comes with a game!

Pretty different from the previous games, but also keeps the essence and personality.
My thoughts on the major changes:
- The two new mechanics are very fun and worked really well to me. Making this the core of the gameplay feels nice.
- Music was REALLY good. Along with the new moves, it's clearly inspired by Sonic, and it suits Toree perfectly.
- The way the story is told, with fast and original cutscenes between levels, also adds to the experience.
- Nice amount of unlockables.
- It's generally pretty polished.

Some parts I think could be improved:
- Level design felt a bit simpler than in the previous games.
- It could be a bit longer.
- I didn't find a way to see your best time in a level.
- Some specific parts feel a bit unpolished: When you finish a level, everything just stays there while the music keeps playing, and there's no victory jingle like in the previous games. Also, the interface and menus look a bit weird (blurry?) to me.

But yeah, I definitely enjoyed it and it's worth playing. Looking forward to seeing Toree again!

Toree Saturn is, at heart, a simple platformer. You run and jump—it’s as straightforward as that. What makes it so good, though, is its incredible tightness. Everything, from the immaculate level design to the simplicity of the controls, is so well executed that it puts many AAA games to shame.

The visuals are charming and perfectly aligned with the game’s tone, the soundtrack is an absolute banger, and the gameplay is some of the most fun I’ve had in years. It’s deceptively fast-paced if you know how to play it right, and despite its short length, there’s plenty to keep you coming back—whether that’s chasing S ranks, discovering secret levels, or unlocking new characters and skins from Siactro’s weird, wonderful (and sometimes creepy) universe.

A genuine 10/10 experience—I can’t wait to see what’s next for Toree.
