Is there an in-game option to turn off blood and make it family friendly?

I cant get my generic gamepad to work. any solution? When I entered the game, my gamepad did not respond. Unlike other games, they will automatically detect.

Knock Em' Out is currently not getting as much attention as it should be. If your willing to spend the time in online games so people can actually fight other people, then I thank you for bringing it into the light. If we don't, I don't think I would like to see it keep getting worse and better and worse and better. Please give this game good ratings!!...

The stun duration when grabbing the opponent and throwing them is extremely long. As it starts in most maps, grab the opponent and throw them down. It takes 5 seconds for the round to end. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT THROWING SHOULD NOT CAUSE STUN BECAUSE JUST THROWING IS ALREADY FUNCTIONAL....
