How can i reach the gallery scenes without spending hours on blackjack?

I've seen plenty of games like this; low-price, hentai, and simplistic gameplay. Why? What is the appeal? Is there some hidden files that point to some secret? Do people only buy it as a joke gift? There's no way someone is going to find this, and pay for it outright, right? Maybe there's some cult-following?
