If you are a new or casual player, take the DLL's from the windows 8 compatiblity fix folder in the 1.13 patch, put it in main game folder and ditch the rest. 1.13 is an awful unbalanced nightmare for hardcore players and I don't understand why so many curated reviews are recommending this as a requirement....
