I have a hospital and a bunch of sick people. These sick people say "screw it, I won't get treatment". I oftentimes was like "maybe they are too busy working or wanted to eat and drink", but that is NOT the case. I saved the game, deleted EVERY SINGLE BUILDING except for the hospital. Everyone's occupation was "walking". People were at 10 hp, gravely ill and refused to go to the hospital. And no, the hospital was all BUT full! I played the GoG version recently, which is the same as the steam version, and the game just needs rebalancing, like I perfected, maximized, efficiency trimmed everything, even with a guide online used to not make a mistake, but still, the bloody game always is about shuffling around with one ressource getting drained too quick, so you have to constantly click around manually disable stuff without a proper comprehensive sidebar menu to do so.
