Overview
This storage organization idea includes two parts:

The first part I am calling the Chaos Wall. This is the unorganized mess that the restocker creates for themselves. Once this part is set up, you never have to organize it! You only need to remove full boxes that have just been purchased.

The second part is the Main Inventory. This is where you will place the full boxes that have just been purchased. It is also where you will look to see what inventory needs to be purchased.

Part 1: Chaos Wall

How to Set Up

Buy enough storage shelves to have 1 slot for each different product the store will offer. The clothing store has 29 different products, so you will need 3 storage shelves for the clothing store chaos wall.

Place them easily accessible for the restocker. I put mine on the wall to the left of the storage room door.

*TIPS*
1. From my testing, the restocker seems to use the shelves in order of buying and/or placing them in the storage room, so the best option is to use the first shelf that was already in the storage room, and the next 2 shelves you bought and placed in there. If you already have more than 3 shelves (or as many is needed for each store) you may need to buy multiple products and see in what order the shelves are used.
2. The chaos wall should be set up completely from the beginning due to the fact that the restocker uses the shelves in order of placement/purchase.

How to Use This Area

This is the restocker's madness to deal with. You don't need to touch it until the restocker puts newly purchased full boxes here. The restocker will only move a box from the Main Inventory to the Chaos Wall once they need it and can put it wherever there is room. See the Part 2: Main Inventory section called How to Use This Area and Part 3: Managing Inventory for more information on what to do when buying and organizing inventory.
Part 2: Main Inventory

How to Set Up
Buy 1 storage shelf for each row of products in the store's product tab. This gives you enough room to have 4 slots for each different product the store will offer. The clothing store has 10 rows of products, so you will need 10 storage shelves for the clothing store main inventory.

Place them around the storage room. I put mine in a U shape where the opening of the U is at the chaos wall.

*TIP*
1. From my testing, the restocker seems to use the shelves in order of buying and/or placing them in the storage room. Since this seems to be the case, I recommend placing the shelves in a U in the order of purchase. (Only because your inventory order may be bigger than the amount of empty spots on the chaos wall.)
2. The main inventory does not have to be set up completely from the beginning. You can add shelves as you unlock more licenses.

How to Fill This Area For The First Time

Buy 4 boxes of each unlocked product and place them in a vertical column for each product.

How to Use This Area

At the end of the day, come to each store's main inventory. (Or if it was filled the day or two before you may skip the store.) You just need to buy as many of each product as there are empty spots in each column. I just face each shelf and count how many I need to buy for each product row. For the picture above, I would need to buy 1 jacoste shirt, 3 blue tank tops, and 3 madcat t-shirts for the first row in the clothing store product tab.
Part 3: Managing Inventory AKA How This Works Without Toggle-able Shelves AKA The Most Tedious Part
Once you have bought the inventory needed, the only problem is the restocker will not put it where it needs to go. You have to manually put it in the right column.

For the chaos wall in the picture above, I already need to put the box of 5 orange jacoste shirts in it's column in the main inventory. Anything else I buy will start to be put in the empty slots on the chaos wall. I will just need to move them to the main inventory. You only need to move full boxes from the chaos wall to the main inventory.

TIP
I normally purchase everything, then go to the other stores to purchase inventory. Once I am done purchasing, I come back. All the boxes have been moved into the storage room by then and I then move things to where they belong.

When you have bought and placed everything, your main inventory will be full and ready to run.
