To those that already know me: If you haven't seen me in a really long while, or you know for sure that I'm gone, I want to say: Thank you for your company and companionship, and all the time we spent together; it was the most fun I've ever had! I'll never forget it.

Don’t worry about me; let me tell you something important: every human being experiences fear, one way or another. What varies is how they react. Some panic or cower, while others are not shaken, or encouraged by a fear response. Concentrate and hold yourself together, refine your focus into a single point, and don't lose grip on it. Once you've mastered that concentration, your response can be chosen, rather than decided for you.
