Once Money Grubbing conglomorates realize they can abuse even further, they get Greedy and start using Legal clauses which general people don't look through and just for the ease of convenience click on the Accept Terms & Conditions to access the product for it's intended use...

This is just the precedence being set by KRAFTON and many more will follow suit because no has bothered to see things for what they are... Nothing seems wrong at first glance but think about the bigger picture and future repurcussions..

Here goes the thing no one is talking about the Last Month's Terms and Conditions :

The User waives His/Her right to lodge any kind of Formal Complaint in any Legal Court (i.e. You CAN NOT fight a Legal Battle anywhere on any grounds)..

Krafton as a Company owns the entire rights and anything created using the game content is owned by them (Limited License)..

Krafton can at any time change their policies, you have to keep yourself updated at your own expense with what the Company Policies direct or just UNINSTALL the game if you don't or can't..

Krafton can individually patch or modify the game on specific User systems rather than as a whole..

Krafton can change, modify or REMOVE any contents as per their discretion from any specific User's account..

Any content made through the game be it walkthroughs, tutorials, match replays are under sole discretion of Krafton and need to be paid for by the User to be used in any form..

Exploit any Bugs knowingly, Have a somewhat Triggering NickName (There are more than 7K+ languages on Earth with many having words overlapping with different meanings eg: SK|POTTI the legendary CS 1.6 player might get banned for having a name which means Poop in English (Play on the word - POTTY) but for him personally it meant Pot of Luck or something only he knows firsthand, that might be Offensive or Derogatory for someone or if the Company decides so) or even perform any Dance or Action in the wrong way and you get Banned..

You agree to be subservient and accept all the Terms and Conditions that will be applied henceforth no matter what..

Krafton can at any time Sue you or take you to court over any Intellectual Property(IP) made using the game and even an Image taken from the game can lead to violation of IP rights..

Anything you do in the game is owned by the Company and can be used at any time as per their discretion without any recognition, credit or payment for the user..

Even if the user does comply and is willing to pay for a Social Media clip they cannot gain any monetary benefit from it and if they do they need to show the Trademark and share the Profits with Krafton..

Krafton can use the user's Data and post it online on any platform as they feel with no repercussions..

Krafton is not guaranteeing any smooth gameplay henceforth, if bugs or errors happen, deal with it as the user..

Krafton can at anytime shut down the game or the access to the servers with no forewarning..

By clicking on Agree the user agrees to give up all their rights and just STFU and be a slave..

The user agrees to let Krafton no matter what the case keep all the money such that if something actual financially disruptive happens to the user, the user forgoes the right to expect a compensation in return because Krafton wants an autonomy and can't pay to individual for the damage incurred..

Everything will be handled only as per the South Korean Government Laws..

In case if Krafton copies something from someone even if they are not a user of the game, they can go through a complex and lengthy legal battle to get what they are owed..

Krafton is allowed to collect, record all your interactions on their platform including Voice chats and in-game features and use as they want.

And in case the above still do not address the issue the user can go through the separate Privacy Policy :

Krafton will collect, store and process all user data as per their needs even if it involves sharing it with third party across national borders while maintaining De-Identification (Not Anonymization)..

Data collected by Krafton includes : SteamID64, Name, Nickname, IP Address, Email Address, Postal Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Country of Residence, Language, Nationality, Device Model, OS Version, MAC Address, Device ID, all text and voice chats and interactions including the ones done in Lobby, in-game..

All Voice Chat during game will be recorded temporarily and processed in real-time for the entirety of the user session..

Krafton will retain all your personal data even if you decide to opt out of their policies or uninstall the game and use as and when needed in the future..

If an underaged user (Under 14) has somehow gained access to the platform Krafton will just save and share their data, it is the Parent's responsibility to approach Krafton to beg and delete their ward's data for anyone to access..Krafton is not responsible for any User Data leaks that might happen..

EEA & UK, INDIA and USA have their own set of added Privacy Policies...

A Decent DLC when Free for a Pay-walled GAME !!!

The Graphics although Old and the Plot as casual as they come are not the Issue, the Issue lies in the fact that within the Gameplay there are too many Bugs wherein the Protagonist HAVOC gets stuck at random places throughout the Game no matter the Mission. Also, the Mission objectives are not properly ordered

Great Game, just takes a bit of time for getting used to. Servers are also decent and has players generally

Great Game to enjoy when it comes to Racing Genre. But would have been better if we could shuffle,order and select the tracks as per our liking, but still; not bad in-game soundtrack collection. The Online option to play with Friends in a Lobby is good but can be improved a bit more...

A Great Game for passing time, as well as enhancing your reflex skills. Since this game is Free as well, its an added bonus.
I downloaded this game 3 days back just to try it out, and since then have been fixated :) Its really mind engrossing with the availability of the Upgrades for Bases, Units, Spells. Have FUN with this Indie-styled Strategy Puzzle game.
