今天是躺平摆烂的阿神，好久没有这么摆烂了，蟹煲、椰汁、游戏、电视…连零食都不是坚果！喝的不是蛋白粉！吃得也不用计算蛋白含量！甚至不考虑禁食时间！

蜷缩在书房的藤椅上，摆烂出了快乐
除了喝酒，其他近期没有做的都做了…

感觉超级nice…虽然长久没有吃得这么油腻，每次久违吃一顿都会有点顶胃，但也在能接受范围内…

我健身开始的一个理由都是为了提升基础代谢能力然后随意躺平，烂出健康…但健身以后，身体很快乐，慢慢就会失去初心，开始追求身体的快乐，而非摆烂的肆意。
不过都有一两个月的那么几天，会是我的摆烂日。

今天就是！！！！！
