Yep. Sadly its the Moddb version which is slightly broken. I'm currently reaching out to try to find the original 3.5 Steam version. I'll reupload that once I find it

If you wish you could upload them to Google Drive, make them public, and provide a link here. I'll download and do the testing myself. You can then delete the Drive file once completed

If there's a method to determine if the copies that I have might have the missing components you're looking for, I'd happily check. But since I wouldn't know how to check for the missing planets and textures you're looking for, I'm uncertain if the backed up version I have (which says 3.1 here and there, but MAY still be 3.5 for steam) is of any use to you. I've had mods update to new version that still have text files referring to it as the previous version. (since the devs never made any changes to that specific text file in the update)
Any method, that you know of, that would help me to determine if I have the version you're looking for?

Thanks for reaching out! You are correct that I am looking for the steam version of 3.5. Any version of 3.5 that isn't missing the few space and planet textures would be perfect. It seems the Moddb copy is incomplete

Ah... After a little digging, I have found that I made a couple backups of Remake about a year ago, and another about 2 years ago, but they both look very much the same. Unfortunately, I think that they are BOTH v3.1... I'm guessing that that's not what you're looking for? If it IS, and you'd like a copy of it, feel free to let me know and we'll sort out a way to get it sent to you. If not, then I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more assistance. :)

Here's a little ol' friendly tip if you don't know it: If you have something like the estoc or the CCS, be warey to rush in. Something like the BKG or any UGS have hyper armor, so they can trade with ease. If you have low Vit, compounded by crits with our hyper armor, can kill easily. I saw I did 820~ damage. Be careful out there buddy.
