In terms of enjoyment, I recommend starting with Dreams Minecraft, then watching Starship Genius if you liked Ratboy or the Flood if you liked Little King John, and then watching the other once you've finished that series. Then you'll probably want to check out either Happyman and the Red Planet to see what is supposed to come after all that, or Galactic Super Heroes to see what happened​ immediately before, and then, again, going back to see the other. Once you've seen all that, it'll probably be a good idea to watch Kingdom to see where the series started, even if it isn't as good as the later series.

You can pretty much watch any series separately and get something out of it, but canon order is Ratboy Kingdom -> Ratboy Dreams Minecraft -> Galactic Super Heroes -> The flood/Starship Genius (they happen concurrently, I recommend watching The flood til episode 10, then watch Starship Genius, then watch episode 11 of the Flood, though if you want to watch it in canon order, watch them in the order they were uploaded to the YouTube channel) -> Happyman and the Red Planet.

Note that Red Planet was uploaded before the flood and Starship Genius, so you can watch that first if you want, but it's unfinished and some characters from that series appear in Starship Genius with radically different personalities, which will probably be explained in Starship Genius, but it hasn't been finished yet, nor has the Flood or Red Planet itself.
