Amazon Games is the opposite to King Midas, instead of gold everything they touch turns to ♥♥♥♥!

I've played for 40h according to steam, at least 25 of that is in the queue. If you play 9-5, don't even waste your time, the queues are multiple hours and at peak time you'll be waiting 3 hours to enter. Even if your lucky enough to then log in, Amazon in their infinite wisdom do all server resets and hotfixes (of which there are many) at prime time because they dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about EU.

How it is that a global multi-billion dollar company with an entire cloud division operating in hundreds if not thousands of locations around the world across god knows how many datacenters can manage to ♥♥♥♥ up allocating enough servers initially, let alone take weeks to add any more to address the issue is beyond me. I don't think they care at all, I think at some level this has all come down to "we don't want to spend any more money to increase servers or regions."

Unfortunately the wonderful announcement of "we will make EU West/East" is relatively useless at this point. What little opportunity was left for Amazon to make a positive impact was left dead days ago by the sheer ineptitude of the team operating this game. At this point everyone is invested in their characters and has had even more time to go even deeper. With no further update from development team I'm assuming they're still struggling to bring new servers online, or perhaps just struggling to find more hamsters to power them.

Don't waste your time until Amazon either put some money down and rectify their poor release.
