To answer your question on dynamic resolution: It would work on your system like on any other system. It just renders the picture in a higher resolution. If you play in 1440p usually, it would render it in 2880p if you put it on 200%.

I am currently running it at around 180% with a 1080ti on 4k resolution, so at close to 8k. Performance loss is almost not noticeable since the game runs like crap anyhow. It is really worth it though.
