I appreciate the response.

How would one contribute to the open ticket considering it is already "In Progress", the underlying issue has been determined, and it is being investigated/being worked on?

All of this wouldn't be as frustrating if the process of fixing this problem was more transparent, considering the ticket was last updated on November 17 2025 and only states "We are aware of the issue and currently looking into it."

With transparency I don't necessarily mean a timeline of when a fix can be expected, but maybe just regular status updates? For example: "We have identified the root cause", "We are now actively working on a fix", etc.

The cherry on top would be communicating that process/progress through other channels than the official bug reporter if it affects a good portion of the player base, since most users probably won't go out of their way and leave their respective platform to look for answers and/or solutions.
