What a masterpiece of a game, it was my first ever completed Fromsoftware game ( I tried out DS3 and Elden Ring in the past) something about the world, the graphics and the oldschool type of feeling brought a charm to me to try out this game.

Coming from someone that BARELY plays any singleplayer games, this was a wonderful experience, it made me stay up late in the nights trying to reach the next boss.

Although a lot of people might say Dark Souls is an hard franchise, don't let DS1 discourage you from trying it out, IMO the boss fights we're pretty easy overall, attack patterns are easy to understand and some harder fights you just have to figure out the main mechanic of it to be able to succeed.

Beautiful world, every place somehow manages to link to each other, good boss fights.

The only downsight and something that turned me off is that (remember I dont have any knowledge on soulsborne games) I was expecting to finish the main game and THEN proceed to the DLC content, which didn't happen, apparently you have to do a few steps during mid/late game to be able to access it. Turns out I killed the last boss and got thrown into NG+...

Besides that, 10/10 experience could replay it someday!
