学院里有一些分析国际政治的人，其认知结构竟然也跟一般路过网民一样：只有大国是外交博弈的棋手，其他国家都是被操弄的摆设。这些人连地区性的中等强国都不屑于了解，更不用说许多为了生存，将外交博弈玩出花的无名小国。越南本来它是要被中苏美三国协调牺牲掉的，凭什么一统南方成为一个军事和政治上有一定影响力的国家？新加坡又是怎样从一个蕞尔小岛成为国际金融中心和地区协调焦点的？韩国又是怎样从一个自然禀赋极差，战略位置特别次要，差点被灭掉的境遇，崛起成为世界经济大国的？他们做的修正居然是大国在下大棋，背后各有深意。对此，我认为他们最好的出路，是博士毕业以后去开出租车，北京出租车司机需要你们这些人才。
