A bit tough but great once you get into its pace.

Great game especially if you had nostalgia for ninja saga, however this one have grown to be better than it and l just love it as a relaxing mini game.

So here is my review regarding the pros and cons of the DLC:
Pros:
- A huge map and it's beautiful scenery, verticality and teaseful landscapes you cannot reach yet.
(now my main argument is that ER didn't have to be an open world game to be as great as it is, more later)
- A lot of new weapons and some magic enhancing vanilla builds and making new very strong builds.
- Much bigger challenge than vanilla, if vanilla is 5, DLC is 10, which will also come to be a con.
- Forced me to change approach, play style in order to win. I see this as a plus because one thing can't just always work.
- Possible from beginning to end on RL150.

Cons:
- DLC has an artificial difficulty instead of being well made. Some bosses feel to have infinite stamina and poise and even basic enemies could 2 shot you. Of course this is slightly negated by scadutree fragments however l fail to see the significant difference after collecting them because major bosses still could 2 tap you if you aren't careful. 60 vigor is mandatory for the DLC. This is where comments 'too hard' are coming from. This is coming from a dark souls veteran with so many hours in souls games and things are very off with this DLC. Might be that l just don't have proper fingers for Elden Ring but l never felt this way in other games and not even in Vanilla ER which is why l felt that the difficulty is pretty much artificial. Overcoming a boss is more like overenduring them in a fight with your heals and armor and other accessories than actually outskilling them in a way that dark souls works. Luckily not all the bosses in the dlc are like this! I didn't want to over-level past 150 and didn't use summons or ashes, just soloing them so l could get a clearer view on how mechanics actually work there. I'm not saying they are unbeatable but they are kinda forcing the use of broken builds and boring playstyles. With which it still can be hard to defeat them.

Great collection game!

Good social place, may help you overcome social anxiety. A lot of worlds to explore. Has everything, for everyone, wink ;) .. If world hopping (exploration) is not your thing you can just find good home world to chill in, most have video player where Youtube links can be pasted. (or any link ending in .mp4) ambient sounds and some worlds have amazing backgrounds. Or simply hop into most trending and popular places and chat with others! Game can be played without VR and from my experience it's good, however some people may be rude to you because you are 'deskie' or are rude in general, my advice is to evade the trouble and save your nerves and block such people. Every social place has different people and if you let wrong ones close they will definitely harm you, that's my fair warning, get ready for that. As a deskie l had no issues with open minded and fun people.^^ May even stay like this forever just to keep limited people away. Issue with game however is that it does not have worlds separated for adults and minors so minors can hop in adult worlds which is annoying, and on the other side going unknowingly into a world with screeching kids is also annoying. 10/10, might play every day , If you are EU my advice is hop on at night around 8-9pm. :P

Dead by Devs. Game is horrible and unbalanced, killers are op unless you have like 6k hours already and it is not fun at all anymore if you plan to play survivors. This will be uninstalled for a while now after l saw where they are heading. It is a big game, takes memory and l never play it because it is not fun to play it anymore. It got horribly unbalanced and it is only for tryhards who only care about winning and no fun and game forces that mentality by giving you rewards for winning and when you lose, no matter if you were helpful or not, doesn't matter how game goes and if others are guilty, it's a lose and you lose ranking points. Which give you nothing but bragging rights and some bloodpoints but still use old ranking when you lose points by losing which is very irritating and demotivating. Solo survivors are in hell with this game while swf-s are kinda better but it didn't help me feel so great playing with friends because it is still dealing with the same bs. I tried contacting their team, left tons of suggestions, left tons of responses and they did absolutely nothing to change how game works for the better. Sure they will listen to feedback but that is only it, nothing changes for the better only new skins and offers are available for you to pay for this game. I kinda regret getting its dlcs if l knew it will only go for the worse. Also to mention killers always use tactic that wins, 90% of them, tunneling, camping and you cannot do anything. Game rewards them for such behavior. Now l could play a killer but l never found them as fun. I don't find them much fun to play. So if you think about playing DbD, just don't do it. At least not now, it is not worth your nerves.
