An excellent survival horror game which isn't too dissimilar to Resident Evil in many ways. It has a pretty brutal inventory management system which really makes you take only what is absolutely necessary.

It has some superb graphical visual quality. The mechanics in the game for traversing are unique. The story is excellent. The suspense is great. The audio with earphones is incredibly atmospheric and adds to suspense and it has plenty of jump scares.

The game is well balanced and fair. New Game+ on hard mode is much easier than your first run on normal mode as you have most of the needed upgrades.

If you liked the Dead Space remake and the recent Resident Evil remakes in 3rd person, you will love this game! It is a very similar experience with an excellent story.

Not good. Very forgettable experience. The game also has Unreal Engine 5 problems and suffers from stuttering. Even capping the FPS to 60 doesn't fix the issue, it just improves it slightly. The stuttering happens mostly when transitioning to a new area.

The first game gave us some great nostalgia and a fun and quite chilled Robocop game. This game doesn't offer the same nostalgic feeling and love we had, as we already had that. The game is boring, the story is terrible, the voice acting is terrible (I haven't checked to see if it is AI), the audio is terrible, the NPC's all look similar, the enemy variants are very limited and the game is just far too easy. You could practically walk into any situation blindfolded and just shoot and you will probably be ok.

Definitely do not pay full price for this.

A really enjoyable. short game which is perfect for some T2 fan nostalgia. The sound track is great and the iconic scenes from the original movie are done very well in the game. Well worth it.

Very good game. Lots of customisation options offering hours of endless game play. I can't believe I had never played this game until this year. Sad really, as I missed its peak. Definitely a must have for zombie slayers!!

This is my favourite Batman game. Brilliant game! All the flaws and irritating things from the first few games in the Arkham series are ironed out in this game, although there are a still a tonne of collectibles.

The new feature of driving the Batmobile, which is essentially a fast supertank, is really cool.

Story is good, level design is excellent, visuals are decent and combat is satisfying.

For the 100% achievement hunters, it is quite straightforward. There are only a couple of very annoying achievements which include getting 1million points (this is a combo above 400+) in the Iceberg AR challenge which triggers the croc boss battle. It took me a lot of attempts to get this. Another annoying one is getting 4 characters all the way through the Monarch Theatre AR challenge without breaking your combo meter once. This was my toughest one to do. Sounds easy, but trust me it ain't!

This is a decent third person, short, sci-fi story driven game.

The story is somewhat depressing and sad, so best not to play this if you are going through a rough time. I would liken this to a Life Is Strange type of game in terms of feel, but without the dialogue choices or any supernatural goings on.

Almost the entire game is set on Mars which is pretty cool.

I had no bugs or issues/crashes. For the completionists out there, the game is very easy and straightforward with no missables. Can be done in circa 10-12 hours and there is chapter select for mopping up anything you missed. All collectibles are tracked aside from Mars rovers - you will need a guide to find those 6 as one in particular is slightly off the beaten track.

The most addictive game I have played in AGES. This is sooooo good. Soooooo good!

I have just spent a lot of money on the Steam Summer Sale 2024, including several AAA games. Guess what game I am coming back to and playing the most right now. This one! Can't. Stop. Playing.

You have to watch a lot of Youtube video guides to crack the basics and get your head around the mechanics, but once you know roughly what you are doing, it is incredibly satisfying to see those high numbers!

I can see myself easily racking up countless hours on this souls-like card game.

I prefer the original game.

I thought the original game was quite unique in many ways, and I enjoyed it a lot. Probably because it was a little different. I don't think this game changes things up enough. I actually found it to be too long and quite tedious in the end.

The game looks really good but you need a very powerful machine to take full advantage of this. My 3080 struggled at 4K and found it was better to turn down the settings to 1440p for smoother gameplay and DLAA on. The DLC is not very well optimised at the point of writing this and from what I read, even powerful hardware won't get you steady frames at high settings, which is a real shame.

For achievement hunters you will need to complete the game twice as you have to complete NG+ on Ultra Hard. (I am doing this at the moment). It is quite grindy and I am already at 150 hours, but I do take longer to complete games than most hunters. You could probably do this in circa 100 hours if skipping most things.

There are a few new additions to the game including flying mounts, underwater experiences, outfits and weapons (Ancestor's Return Shredder Gauntlet for the win!). But I felt it was just too long and too similar to the original.

I can see this franchise becoming Sony's answer to Assassin's Creed. They definitely need to polish the climbing and platforming mechanics though!

It is well worth playing and experiencing. Just don't expect too much and enjoy the grind to 100%!
