Instant classic. Unique work of art. Exceeded my expectations on every level (which were already high because, I mean, just look at it!) One of the all-time great indie games.

I got this game because it had good reviews, but I gotta say I found it underwhelming. It feels like a cheap mobile game, is very linear and short with no replayability, and doesn't really have anything going for it that would give it that extra charm that an indie game might have that would make up for what it's lacking.

Deeply satisfying and addictive. Obviously a lot of thought and care put into the mechanics of the game, really nice balance of complexity and depth with immediate playability. High replayability due to numerous modes, challenges, puzzles with multuple diffuclty levels, etc. Unlockables, achievements, community contests... the list goes on! This is the kind of game you enage with on a personal level, feel the love that the creator put into it, and are happy that you bought it and supported a great indie game.

I posted a positive review for this a few years ago, but after wondering all this time if there would ever be any further development, I realized I had to come back and change my review to negative. The reason being that this just isn't a finished game, it's the bare bones of a concept for a game. It's sad because the concept had so much going for it, which a lot of people responded to and that's why it has positive reviews. But those reviews are deceptive unless you go in understanding that this is just the skeleton of a game that never ended up being made.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. The atmosphere, level design, music, concept, were all exceptional for their time. An underrated classic that is required playing for anyone nostalgic for '90s shooters.
