on the main menu of l4d2 go to the acheivements tab and you can scroll down to "still something to prove" click the show details and it will show what campaign is missing. the only thing i can think of if it had dark carn unchecked is you didnt get it cause the level reset a few times i think its okay if you die but we have to make it too the safe room if we all go down you may need to reset the campaign but frfom what i was seeing you just have to play from start to finish and live on the finale.

i also feel like i've done that for randos before. ggs.
