Very addictive and yet still fairly casual puzzle/strategy game. I can easily kill hours playing this. Also very good on Steam Deck. I highly recommend!

Started out dying every ten seconds, lamenting my terrible boat and puny guns.
Cut to a couple of hours later, me evil cackling whilst shooting napalm in four directions, keeping all enemies at bay just by rotating like a Catherine wheel.

Despite some challenging times, I love this game! I've finished the campaign, and whilst it can be a bit repetitive, I still find it addictive. There are times when I've found it frustrating; most of the more difficult objectives end up like a jigsaw with you trying to figure out how to fit everything into the limited space. There have been times when I've rage quit as I'd been spending hours trying to figure out how to finish an objective, without success, before running out of money and having to reload an old save. But regardless of my frustration in the moment, I always came back to the game within 24hrs, tried a different strategy, and then succeeded. There are no deliberate dead ends in this game, but sometimes you have to learn the hard way which strategies work best, and when you finally achieve what you need to it can be very rewarding.

Even after the campaign is complete, the game has given me even more things I can do, so I still remain addicted even without a driving mission to keep me playing.

Definitely recommend this game to people who enjoy city builders / resource management games. It is difficult at times, rewarding at other times, and always beautiful to look at.

Love this game. Very innovative play style, quite addictive. I started playing in early access, and things have just been getting better and better. With the faction system introduced, there's now more opportunity to enjoy replaying it, as you effectively have to pick a lane rather than try to please everyone - so you can play again and try the other route next time!

Only con for me so far is the sheer amount of paper required once you become relatively successful, paired with the inability to move items in bulk if they're delivered onto the street (other items in your building you can click and drag to move them all at once). This means the paper delivery at the start of each week can be a bit of a chore, if you're like me and don't trust your resource-movers to get it all done themselves in time. However, the devs seem to be paying active attention to things like this so it wouldn't surprise me if that gets improved over time too.

If you're a fan of management sims I would give this a go; it's a different style to what you might be used to, but very fun.

I've played all of the Two Point franchises, and this is by far my favourite. Much as I love Hospital and Campus, it can feel like you're just repeating yourself over and over again after a time. Whilst there are some common patterns you have to repeat in this game, it has more than enough variety to keep you interested. Also really like that it encourages you to leave the map you're on and expand elsewhere before coming back and expanding that original map some more. Keeps it fresh!

If you liked the previous games, you will love this.

I wasn't sure I'd like this game, as I've always struggled with games that force you into combat rather than allow you to tackle things your own way (e.g. creeping past enemies instead of fighting them etc.). However, I love this game! It has a good balance of puzzle vs. combat, plus you can opt to spend as much time as you like simply looking around rather than having to take on the dungeons every game-day. It's not the longest of games - I finished in 21 hours. However it has a 'new game +' feature once you've completed it, meaning you can start again with all your upgraded stats and relationships still intact. I've not tried it yet but I think it'll be a nice way to replay whilst continuing to explore things you hadn't tried in the previous run-through.

Very fun, great art style, and good music as well. I highly recommend this game.

Very fun game. Challenges you but doesn't stress you out. If you like the in-mission turn-based gameplay of things like XCOM, but aren't too fussed about the base-building/team choosing, this is perfect for you. I just finished my first run-through of the campaign, which took me about 20 hours so not very long, but there are a lot of optional missions I haven't done yet. There's also a lot of replay value, both in terms of trying different approaches for each mission, but also trying to fulfil the optional goals assigned to each one, which gives you fun but doesn't-alter-story rewards (basically different outfits for each character).

I also love the writing in this game - it has a great sense of humour. Definitely worth buying.

Delightful puzzle game, longer than I expected. 12 stages in total, each with 12 levels, so 144 in total. A nice relaxing way to kill time.

One thing I did discover is that, whilst the hints are often useful, they do not indicate the only way to solve the level - I managed to solve one by going completely against what the hint was indicating, so see it as a suggestion and not a direction.

A good game. Seems to me (someone with no hospital experience!) a pretty realistic hospital simulator compared to others. Good attention to detail pays off. The building mechanics can be a little crude, but it makes up for it in gameplay and the developers seem responsive.
