the problem here is, you cannot play online (apart from community severs) in any other server than Dubai servers,
so if you live in the Middle East region, basically anywhere but Dubai you're legit throwing 14.99$ in the trash can.
the avarge ping you will get in ANY Valve server (Deathmatch, Casual, Competitive... etc) is 250, which is unbearable, you won't be able to do anything.
until they fix this problem, this game is unplayable, for us in the Middle East region at least.
