I've fixed the issue on my own.

I'm randomguy7 from the fix mod. I'm wondering if you could possibly update your painkiller widescreen hud mod to work with the unofficial patch 1.66, since there's currently a bug that makes the ammo counter misallign as well as many other bugs. If you could update it, and you allow it, I will message current fix compilation makers to link to your guide or possibly feature it in my patch again should you so desire. I will of course link to your guide. I take no credit for my fixes and only host it for timesaving's sake.
