Difference of this 2 name is "usin" - "using" & steam profile - Friends listing, Comments in profile. Which the one named of "usin" is original user of JjaMes - http://testx-steam.c5game.com/id/xia0b0y . So the another one named "using" - http://testx-steam.c5game.com/id/xia0boy which is given name - The Pause Spammer, Game Spoiler, etc. Which mean, many person was fool by this Pause Spammer think is JjaMeS used offensive wording to Ceivar / Parasoul - http://testx-steam.c5game.com/id/ceivar/ . Please take consciously on this cases to avoid offensive next innocent players.

The solution to solve the MOTD crash for some people are to set proxy under IE before launching game. Steam is running on IE base platform. IE proxy set to 127.0.0.1 port 80. Exit IE and try launch steam game again.
