Just a quick update for the bugs in the New Library interface. This update will work regardless of if you're using the beta Steam client or not.

Note: This does not theme the New Library interface. This is currently impossible.

Threshold Skin for Steam 0.10

Pushing the 0.10-beta out as official with some minor changes & fixes.

Note: This does not theme the friends list or chat interface for New Chat. This is currently impossible. You can launch Steam with the "-nofriendsui" launch option to use the old chat interface, which looks and works as it did prior to the update.
