Added 8 PyroProtectMe servers, updated Average Unusuals Price

Since RAWR has closed down, I began using PyroProtectMe[pyroprotectme.com] servers as data source.

I have also updated the Average Unusuals Price[tf2finance.com] to reflect current estimated value of Unusual hats in USD.

It appears that Unusual hats are gaining in USD value on average.

You may use the figures in the calculation of the Expected Value of crates, but keep in mind that the unusual pricing data came from backpack.tf

This has been seemingly dead for a while, the site is still up but nothing has been happening. I want to donate but I'm afraid that it will be a waste as things on the site already seem to be slowly breaking (e.g. not pulling API of certain sites anymore).
