Summer mvm update

I've added a new map mvm_hoovydam to the MvM servers for you to explore!

Hoovydam includes 5 challenging missions today, with more to follow

The recent TF2 update seems to have broken a lot of server plugins, most have been updated to at least run without crashing.

We aren't sure how stable the servers are yet, but they should be playable.

More updates will roll out soon, which will hopefully iron out the last few bugs/crashes that may occur.
