No don't have sidtube source code sorry. I know ModDB isn't the best solution. It was a temporary one for preserving the resources and flipbooks that used to be hosted at sidtube. I'll see what I can do.

Actually moddb is kind of awkward for flipbook sharing, what with the minimum description length and the having to download zips to read the flipbooks. Billyboob, do you have the source code from sidtube?

Hey Zane, looks like that feature has been disabled! Bummer! If you want to share resources and flipbooks just upload them to the ModDB fan page for now. Look around this page for links.

For anyone who hasn't read the latest announcement above, I tried contacting sidtube.com's creator and maintainer to no avail. I think it's gone for good, or possibly on indefinate holidays. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Hey, on Sidtube, I can't access any stories after #1439 (Purple Gaze Part. 4). Is there a problem with the website or is it just my browser?

Salutations. I used to be a Controller some time ago when this SID was new. SID came up in conversation today and it made me desperately want to get back into it. Just wanted to know if this is still somewhat active? Just want to make sure there will be people to play before I start investing time in creating a story. Every time I check Sidtube it always seems to be down.

How do you host a SiD game? Seriously! When I host a local/manual game using my Hamachi IP, nothing happens! Nobody can connect! What am I doing wrong?

I think it would be a smart idea that, on sidtube, under the community tab on the top of the screen, it linked to the Steam group. Just an idea.

Thats what I have to say on the matter. I think there is something interesing there, but it is presented in a very unfriendly format that promotes nasty habets in the game rather then the one the game desires.

I just bought The Castle Doctrine (Another game by Jason Rohrer) and it's AWESOME!

Hey guys, I restarted sidtube, removed the forums (due to loads of spam and nobody uses it anyway) and will try to have an eye on it. But probably that won't last long, so if it crashes again, just message me on IRC and I'll fix it.

Me, Budgie, Billyboob, ant, talonj, Şƥįґҩȴ , ishmokin, Don Camote, are all usually up for a game, player or controler. If not us, the idlers on the irc can be convinced sometimes. Sidtube should hopefully be back up soon and the community actually seems to be growing more every day. I remain hopefull that this small but tight community won't die easily.

Well, it's obvious WE all play it anymore.
