It has nothing to do with our servers, it the latest update from steam and they are fixing the error now. There a post from steam admin earlier but it may haven been remove due to high spam of post.

Oh found out is the same pauser guy from before. he using this new account to pause now. ip address : 121.6.34.23 @ 3.35 pm 21/08/12 STEAM_1:0:53889440. Maybe you should just disable pausing altogether, so far only seen people grieving with it.

We have remove all temporary banned SteamID, please check with us on the status if you are still under banned. We have fixed some bug in flood protection and normal chatting are now allow on any of the teams. You will only be kick or even ban if you are found hard flooding on the server.

No worries, they will be automatically unban after 24hrs from the time the SteamID is baned. We are looking into this matters now.
