Unfortunately community TF2 servers kinda shriveled away with age (and Valve reworking quickplay.)
The Arena server kept some traction since it was "novel", but all that traction was from the community that was there around it, which aged out of playing TF2 everyday after school.

It isn't 2016 anymore. 😔
