Oceanic Chivalry Tournaments

This group will be used to organise and run Chivalry tournaments in NZ and Au.

Prefferably only team/clan leaders join the group to keep it clean and unclustered.

First Tourney: 4v4 LTS August 15-17
Max of 8 teams
4 players and 1 optional sub per team.

I hope all of you, or atleast all team leaders have seen the bracket(http://challonge.com/OceChiv ) and have now communicated with the other team when you can play your match. However, setting specific days for all the matches with such little notice was rather ambitious of me. All first games can be played over the course of this weekend, as some teams have notified me that they can't play sooner. Sorry for any inconviences, luckily this does give us more time and all games will/can be played over the following week with the finals some time in the weekend.

Hopefully this will also give me time to organise a prize(There will not necesarily be a prize).

4 v 4 LTS Tournament Rules:

No feints
No hacking
Try to keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to a minimum

Teams must have 4 core players and one optional sub. The sub must connect the round before they are needed to ensure each team always has four players.

If someone feints they either have to f10 or will be admin killed and the team must play the round a man down as penalty.

The games will be a best of three maps with a duel to decide on what side the winning team wants. The maps will be Map 1: Moor - Map 2: Arena - Map 3: TBC

Class rules: 50% class rules, one archer max. Also as a new rule your team may only have one of each primary weapon(i.e You can't have two brandistocks)

The tournament will be double elimination so you have two chances to keep yourself in the game. The seeding will be sorted at a later date.

The Finals will be a best of 5 games. Every single Tournament match must have a few spectators, one of which must have server admin. Max acceptable play ping will be 120.

All tournament games must be screenshotted at the end, not only will this help verify scores but will also help me keep track for certain prizes I'm thinking of including.

If teams do not have a voice comms system feel free to use Bieber's mumble, majority of players have the details just ask around. This will also allow admins to come chat to your team easily.

Third person will be enabled.

I am still looking for a prize but will hopefully have that sorted by the end of the weekend.

Any problems or if you want to pull out just message me, {clit} have a team ready to take your place.
