I was having trouble buying sets from the bot. It says that I dont have keys even though I have 12 csgo keys. I tried sending a trade offer with one key. The bot accepted it immediately. I have the screenshot of my trade history. Can i get a refund?

No must be steam having issues, or items were unavailable for trade if someone else accepted it before you and got same item that was sent to you in trade offer. Just try and trade again.
